Because of our commitment to fair claim handling and education we are pleased to offer the community the opportunity to read and download articles from past Fidelity Law Journals. All of the articles from volume I (1995) through volume XXV (2019) are available as PDFs.

This year, we proudly publish Volume XXVI (2020) of the Journal.  Originally, we anticipated fewer and shorter articles.  Our contributors and editors, however, met the current challenges and the end result is nine well-written and timely articles in an interesting “Who, What, Where, When and Why” format that lives up to the stellar legacy of the FLA Journal.  Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, for the first time in FLA history, our articles will not be presented at an in-person conference.  Instead, we are excited to join the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the ABA to present the articles in a live webinar on November 5 and 6, 2020.  For details regarding the webinar, please check the Conference Page here on the website.

We will mail complimentary copies of Volume XXVI to those who attended the conference last year in Boston, as a courtesy and a thank you for their support. If you did not attend the conference last year but would like to purchase a copy of Volume XXVI, please submit a request using the link below.  Limited quantities of Volume XXVI will be available for $60.

Copies of other Journal volumes are available for $60.00 each while supplies last.  A thumb drive containing Volumes I through Volume XXIV is available for purchase for $195.  To order, please indicate which edition(s) you are interested in or if you would like to purchase the thumb drive and submit your request here.  Do not send your payment until we have confirmed your purchase. Thank you.[/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”80″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][templatera id=”8051″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
